Great app, just some minor issues

This is a great app for working out and love the watch function. Just a couple of "wants".

Alerts on rest with watch, match rest times on watch with phone, maybe it does this, havent figured it out though. Lastly, when recording on the watch, it records 2 workouts one from watch, one from phone.

All in all love it, but some minor flaws.
