Tracking progress
This app allows you to manually set weight and rep amounts, has indicators for what sets and reps you are on with corresponding resting periods, and works with the native health kit on iOS. All of this is done with a simple UI. I took me about 5 minutes total to understand everything. Not only do they have built in workouts, but you can make your own custom workouts as well. Best app for the watch out there right now.
