Best gym/lifting app ever!
Without an Apple Watch, this app compares to a number of other gym apps, but where it stands out by 1000% is when you have an Apple Watch!! Its insanely handy for tracking your lifting routine by simply tapping on the Watch to take you through your rest interval and into the next set. You can even change reps and sets right on the Watch as well. If you are in the market for a fitness band and are a lifter, get an Apple Watch and this app, youll be thankful you did!!!
