I recently received an Apple Watch as a gift and I was looking for an app to keep track of my strength training workouts. This app is exactly what I was looking for. I can create a workout routine on my phone, then send it to the watch. When I get to the gym, I can leave the phone in the car and, using the watch alone, I can track changes in weight, reps, and sets. When the watch gets back in range of the phone, the workout updates to my history. Now I have an accurate log of what I did so I can push myself to do more next time. Perfect!
